There were two main requirements for this residential complex project in Milan: a high level of design, ensuring aesthetic continuity with the exterior, and high technical performance – weathering resistance, energy saving and optimisation of maintenance costs for cleaning the facades.
Both criteria were met by the choice of ventilated facades and Provenza’s Provoak collection. Provoak tiles are perfectly suited to outdoor needs: they are resistant to weathering and easy to clean. They were therefore used to cover the 2,500 m2 outside area with a vertical installation for the facades and a diagonal installation for the roof. The selected colour, Rovere Puro, enhances the aesthetics of the complex with elegant and harmonious vein patterns that give the product a clean, minimalist design. The ventilated facades enable quick assembly/replacement of the individual elements and, thanks to the inner coat, guarantee the building high energy efficiency.
