The NOHRD Wall Compact in ash wood is an all-in-one, full-body exercise station, ideal for strength and endurance training with minimal available space requirement. Train directly at the wall on the built-in cable station and the ski erg. Further features include the NOHRD SwingBell free weights, made of hand-stitched genuine leather, which can be stored directly onto the unit after use.
Specially designed virtual workouts via the built-in touchscreen provide an ideal supply of varied, coach-led exercise. Also available in ash, oak, club, cherry and shadow.

The compact NOHRD Wall fitness station effortlessly fits into all interior environments. Highest quality solid wood components, fused with neutral and gray color tones, render this equipment piece true eye-catching status with its discreet modern look.
Users can take advantage of the NOHRD Wall Compact’s built-in training system selecting their workouts or opting for the daily streamed “Workout of the Day”. Heart rate and calorie burn are displayed in the user profile and analysed at the completion of the workout.
Workouts feature exercises with the cable station and ski erg, as well as the SwingBell free weights and body weight training. Users are shown a preview of each subsequent exercise in order to be able to get ready during the interval break.
